A second floor addition expands this 1950s ranch home into a four bedroom cottage for the owners' growing family.  Nearby homes in this historic neighborhood inspired the renovated aesthetic.

Atlanta’s Druid Hills neighborhood is know for its grand estates and elaborate parks, but is also home to many young families.  This 1960s ranch gets a “half story” addition to provide space for a growing family while maintaining the homes horizontal proportions.

AfterThis 1950s ranch home was expanded and renovated with a second floor addition and tudor design features to better reflect the characteristics of the surrounding historic community.

FrontTo preserve this bungalow's original character, a second floor addition was carefully tucked behind and beneath the existing roof.  The new master suite features a private deck, spacious closet, and full master bath with jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and custom double vanity.

AfterLocated in an historic neighborhood, this 1920s Bungalow was extensively renovated.  An expanded kitchen and new master bedroom suite provide all the amenities of a new home while maintaining the character and charm of the existing neighborhood.

AfterThe neighborhood of Sherwood Forrest is a favorite among renovators due to its wide lots, a rarity for in-town neighborhoods.  Here, the addition of a second floor transforms a 3 bedroom 1950s ranch home into a spacious 4 bedroom cottage with an in-law suite.
